Firstly regarding the test drive, with a proper test drive to really see how the car felt. Secondly as an Englishmen living and working in German to explain to me in English all the important things I needed to know and understand about the purchasing details and insurances (small print). Thorben Schmidt, the rep was a credit to Audi, and the reason despite living 160km away, I would return to the Hannover location for my future service or purchasing needs. Audi even made sure I had my car in time for me to return to the UK for a family trip. Class service.
